BeanGlobe manages the entire process: lot selection at the producer or cooperative, quality validation by a Q-Grader, transport booking, consolidation, customs transit and warehouse delivery in Europe. Each delivered lot comes with a producer sheet, cupping report and logistics documents.
We work with EXW (ex works), FCA (free carrier) and DAP (delivered at place). The choice depends on your logistics setup and ability to manage customs transit. We can advise on the most suitable option for your activity.
No strict minimum. We work from one 60 kg bag for roasters and professionals, and from one pallet for distributors. For big-bags (500 kg–1,000 kg), a minimum of 1 tonne is generally required.
For stock available in Europe: 48 hours depending on location. For direct imports from producing countries: 6 to 12 weeks depending on origin (sea freight + customs clearance). We schedule regular arrivals for recurring clients.
